Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management, preferably in a commercial setting. - Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance processes. - Excellent organizational and time-management skills. - Ability to effectively manage a team and work collaboratively with others. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facility management software. - Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations. - Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
